The Brief

With a predominantly football-based following, Sky Bet has, in recent times, struggled to gain a strong traction on its horseracing video content. With this in mind, JMP UK was tasked with producing a 90-second feature, aimed at raising the profile of the sport among its loyal following – targeting those whose interest in the sport is restricted to the Cheltenham Festival.

The Solution

JMP UK spent two days filming at trainer, Ben Pauling’s yard in Bourton-on-the-Water, speaking to staff, getting to know the yard and capturing general footage of the picturesque setting.

On the final day, we shot different angles of shots to get different dynamics and the drone was unleashed on the Gloucestershire countryside, providing a unique view of the yard – and the horses – from the air.
