OCTOBER was a productive and busy month for the JMP team, working across an exciting range of videography and photography projects, while also moving to our new office in Bristol.

Having outgrown our previous office in Shirehampton, we kicked off the month with a seamless move to new premises a mile and a half away in Coombe Dingle.

Work-wise, we began the month by sending our fantastic team of videographers and photographers to multiple locations across England to provide video and imagery for Sky Bet for their EFL player, manager and goal of the month awards.

Our team produced some excellent content which was seen by hundreds of thousands of football fans via Sky Bet’s own social media platforms and the local, regional and national media.

Next up for the JMP team was the Business Showcase South West at Ashton Gate Stadium, a networking event where we caught up with many great local businesses from a range of industries and fields.

Another key project for us in October was installing, shooting and editing a time-lapse video at ETM Recycling in Bristol. The rapidly-growing family firm is undergoing a huge transformation – which we are helping them to document through our video services. A teaser of the video is now available to view on ETM’s social media accounts, with the full video airing very soon.

We continued our close working relationship with Sky Bet during October, shooting and editing episode one of a new content strand – Jimmy Bullard’s Changing Places – which focuses on the former Premier League star swapping roles with people within the football industry. Our talented videographers and editors worked on this episode, which was filmed at Swindon Town.

This was followed up with a trip to Accrington Stanley Football Club for another Sky Bet project – episode three of the On The Inside series, which takes the viewer to EFL clubs across the country and shows them behind-the-scenes footage they wouldn’t normally get to see on a match day.

We also shot several other projects for Sky Bet with leading football figures during the month of October – and these are in post-production and will be available to watch shortly.

As the month drew to a close, we sent our team to Almondsbury Garden Centre, where preparation for their annual Santa’s Grotto is well underway. Our role in this project was to provide imagery that logs the process – but to also create a short promo video showing the changes made to the garden centre for the festive period.
